CHICAGO — For the second consecutive season Ohio State has been tabbed as the Big Ten preseason favorite to win the conference championship on Monday by a panel of media members in Chicago.

Also for the second straight time, Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor has been voted as the preseason offensive player of the year.

Michigan State linebacker Greg Jones was named preseason defensive player of the year.
