COLUMBUS — Ohio State tailback Jordan Hall, cornerback Travis Howard and safety Corey Brown have been reinstated by the NCAA, the university announced Tuesday evening.

The three players, who were suspended for first two games of the regular season for receiving improper benefits at a charity event earlier this year, must repay the $200 they were given before becoming eligible to participate in Saturday's game at Miami.

"The university appreciates the NCAA's expeditious response in reinstating these three student-athletes," said Gene Smith, OSU Director of Athletics.

Hall and Howard were listed as starters coming into the season.
